We also collect information automatically when you use our website, including: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visit, referring URL, and device identifiers. This information is collected via cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies.
In the course of delivering our services, we may process technical data including system logs, API usage metrics, and anonymised usage telemetry solely for the purposes of service delivery, performance monitoring, and security.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve our services; communicate with you about your engagement, proposals, and project updates; send you marketing and promotional communications where you have consented; respond to your enquiries and support requests; and comply with legal obligations.
We use analytics data to understand how visitors interact with our website so we can improve content, navigation, and user experience. This data is processed in aggregate and anonymised form wherever possible.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to serve you and operate our business.
3. Information Sharing
Alliance Corporation may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business — such as cloud hosting providers, CRM platforms, payment processors, and email delivery services. All such providers are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for specified purposes.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our website before your data is transferred and subject to a different privacy policy.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include TLS/SSL encryption, role-based access controls, regular security audits, and penetration testing.
We follow OWASP Top 10 security guidelines and apply ISO 27001-aligned information security practices across our infrastructure. Client project data is stored in isolated, access-controlled environments.
Despite our best efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you provide information at your own risk.

Where we transfer data internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards — such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission — to ensure your data remains protected in accordance with this policy.
